Hi, I need someone to install some basketball hoops and posts at a school in Chatswood. The posts will need to be cemented in. Ideally someone who can get an assistant with them on the day.

The dryer stops within 5-10 minutes of operation and can be restarted once it cools down. The fan belt seems to be the issue. Job involves dismounting the dryer, checking the fan and replacing the fan belt (need to supply the fan belt as well). Please provide your quote

We finished a renovation and the house has already been cleaned but there are a few things that don't look great yet so we're looking for someone to help make everything nice. [ Cleaning - Construction Dust ] We've mopped the floor and stairs multiple times and at first it looks great but an hour or two later the construction dust marks keep re-appearing - see photos. We're looking for someone who has experience in dealing with this properly. Regular mopping doesn’t work. Living, dining, TV room, walkway, indoor staircase, 3 bedrooms. A bit on the beams as well. Kitchen and bathrooms do NOT need to be cleaned (all clean already). [ Cleaning - Other ] • Clean fireplace - outside, inside, and the vent shaft • Clean the flyscreens across the house [ Paint Touchups] • Painter has missed the area under the bathroom vanity (see photo). Please help paint it. • The walls have a few spots where a bit more paint would make it look better. Touch ups. [Ikea Shelf] • Assemble one Ikea shelf and fix it to gyprock wall - see photo [ Ladder ] I need to check the serial number in some of my smart lights but I can’t reach them because I don’t have a very tall ladder (the lights are very high up; not normal ceiling height). We have areas upstairs in house where internet is poor. We installed extenders and also have sockets but need someone to sort the cabling etc to get decent internet everywhere in house.

Two showers with two taps each are dripping and need new washers

I have all replacement tap ware ready to go - these are also identical and direct replacements for existing set up.

Paint touch up for walls, small area, just need to make sure won't be charged for bond refunding. I don't have the paint. I sticked a small hook on the wall, the paint broken when I tried to take down the hook-_- The size shows as picture 2.

I need two bathroom taps to be fixed, both taps seem to drip water when the faucet is tightly closed. This is affecting the water bill. - Due date: Flexible

Existing stair tread is too low. Need to raise by about 55mm. Total height of both steps is 420mm but the lower step is 165mm. Would like a rounded step/tread. See photos. Please specify if wood or MDF step will be used. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 29 November 2023
