I am replacing a 16.4m section of old fencing with a new fence. The new fence will have a 400mm high concrete plinth, 2100mm high x 2400mm wide colourbond fence panels, with a colourbond diamond lattice fence topper 600mm high x 2400mm wide. Total fence height is 3100mm. The fence posts will be concreted 700mm deep and extend to the top of the colourbond panel section as the fence topper has 600mm extension post sections which are bolted to the fence posts. I attach an image: 1. Existing fence which is 2100mm high (colourbond panel is 1800mm and diamond lattice is 300mm high). Essentially the new fence is a copy of the existing fence but higher by 1000mm. I also have available a Document which list council requirements for fences/retaining walls. I don't believe the full list is required but unsure. and a Site plan - the new fence is on the Eastern (left Hand Side Boundary) extending from the rear of the neighbour's garage to the corner of the rear fence (16.4 metres)

We are seeking a detailed quote asap for repairing the boundary fence on our commercial property, which spans from our building wall to the lane way. In your quote, please assume the two large gum trees that caused the damage to the boundary fence will be removed (see attached photos). The quote should include: *Removal of the current fence so it can be re-installed. *Removal and dumping of the existing concrete plinth and other debris. *All earthworks including cutting and removing the tree roots that have been lifting and damaging the fence. *Correct preparation and compacting for the new plinth. *A new level and straight concrete plinth to replace the current damaged plinth. Concrete should be min. 25 MPA and include galvanised mesh reinforcement. *Re-erecting the current fence including the signage onto the new plinth. (Note - steel posts will need to be replaced with equivalent size and quality posts.) *Leaving the site on both properties clean of all debris.

About 30m of brick wall/fence to be removed. 23m of the wall is besser block and a row of single red brick.7m is single red brick. The fence is about 2m high. On the inside is flat ground and there is an empty swimming pool 2-3m from the edge. The outside of the fence is a steep slope of 4m of 1:1 slope. Easy enough to stand and work from. This is manual labour. Or mini excavator work. Choice is yours. I will supply a skip bin for the bricks.
