Cut to size and fit 6 roof bearers for a pergola. Three posts to go through roof to attached to house roof timbers (Tiled Roof). Fit some battens to pergola roof - not normal coverage - just enough to keep bearers straight. We have the timber and the three roof "struts". Dont have fixings (Bolts etc) One bearer yet to be painted (we will do). - Due date: Flexible

EARTHWORKS To excavate into existing batter to a maximum 1M Vertical Face (if required owner can organise the cut to existing batter and trench for footing hence specify if including in your quote) WALL CONSTRUCTION Approx 27LM X 1M High - To excavate current batter and 600x250 foundation (note batter is 1:2 slope) - To supply and place a 150mm deep 25MPA concrete footing - To supply and construct 5 Courses of 'Heron' Charcoal blocks with a 90mm Capping (blocks can be supplied if required by owner as currently on sale by Austral Masonry hence specify your preference) - Fill blocks and zone behind wall with 15MPA 'No Fines' concrete, a layer of Geofabric filter material to separate soil from No Fines. - Supply and install a ø100mm Agi-Line behind the wall with appropriate fall
