1982 BMW R100 electrical system is draining battery. Need it looked at and repaired.

I had suspension work done on a 2008 X5 E70 and when I picked it up all the dash lights are ON. Dash Speedo works but digital head unit speed is stuck on 218 kph. Center dash display rotates between RED Airbag and Yellow 4x4. All this happened after the suspension repair but this may be co-incidental. The car runs fine and everything seems to be working. I just a diagnosis to see if lights can be turned off. I'm willing to bring car to you. I have done a little research since i posted. The car had a water leak and I think the BMC might be damaged, this may be why all the lights. It needs to be checked if this is the fault, be replaced and coded to the car. People who make offers please responed to this....

My bmw 120i (petrol) has not been able to be turned on for 3 weeks. Initial scanner assessment showed camshaft sensors needed to be changed and I changed them. Car turned on once after this but after turning it off it didn’t start again. The CC ID shown is 29. Can someone with Bmw mechanical knowledge can help me check what is wrong with the car?
