Current renovation of and older semi house requires an effective and modern layout for the bathroom kitchen dining family area. the space is 11m long by 5.5m wide. we have ideas but need a professional concept to finalise the design. there are some existing features that might limit the cost as budget is a consideration. We are renovating 3 bathrooms and are having anxiety over tile and colour selections. Hoping for an experienced interior designer to listen and offer suggestions. We have made and remade choices. Possibly need to accompany us to tile retailer.

We would like someone to help us design a new/refurbishment of the ensuite bathroom in our apartment. Preferably you would be able to visit and see existing as we are hoping to redesign bathroom configuration and still retain some of the look and feel of the existing bathroom to ensure the new will still tie in with the other bathroom and general overall style in the apartment. You would need to do up a layout - floorplan and if possible 3D render and measurements which could then be used for us to seek quotes from suitable builders. We are looking for functional contemporary ideas and better use of space and hopefully a couple of options and colours etc to choose from which relate to the rest of the existing apartment colour scheme. I need some assistance with a kitchen space. I have attached an image. The laundry area can be reconfigured. Design wise. As well as two bathroom layouts upstairs. I don’t like corner showers and the other one needs to be master and have a bath. Not sure if I need a interior designer or someone else. Need it to give to builder to put in plumbing points.
