We require a receipt for the cleaning. Looking for a person or couple to clean my small 3 bedroom apartment once a week. It's 75msq with one bathroom and one toilet, all on one level. Looking for someone with good communication skills who is reliable. The apartment is easy to clean and involves: cleaning the bathroom, toilet, vacumning cleaning wooden floors, cleaning kitchen and surfaces, mirrors, general dusting and changing sheets and taking out rubbish and recycling. Some weeks I will need the washer or dryer loaded/unloaded, dishes in sink washed or dishwasher loaded/unloaded. This usually involves 3-4 hours by one person or 1.5-2 hours where there is a couple. I have a vacumn and cleaning supplies. The street has lots of 2 hour and 4 hour parking ( and usually fine to stay 3/4 hours in the 2 hour parking). I am flexible as to when the first clean is done. After that, I am hoping to build a relationship with a reliable person(s) who can come once a week, preferably on a Monday, but also flexibility to come Tuesday or Wednesday, if preferred. We are a friendly, relaxed family. I'm looking to find someone reliable, independent and trustworthy as have had some recent disappointing experiences with unreliable cleaners. Please only offer your services if you have have the time and capacity to assist. After first clean, we can deal with each other directly and agree price/hours for weekly clean.
